0116 Granada to Cordoba

in the morning, we went to Alhambra palace on foot. It was built on the top of the hill so we went up stairs for 30 minutes. It was the best tourist spot and must be crowed with many tourists, however, it was not so crowed cause now the temperature was the lowest in Granada. Even though it was the lowest temperature, it was like 10-15 degree on average in January, so I think it is not too cold and not too warm like the best season to travel around Spain. The Alhambra was too big to see everything very carefully so we skipped a bit. You can see the design called arabesque, which is the ornament in which flowers, follage, fruits, and animals are represented. Islam prohibits idol worship so they do not set the statue of Muhammad like church. This prohibition toward the establishment of god seems to make it possible to develop arabesque. People who believe islamic religion are really proud of the Alhambra cause it means that the islamic empire had very high technique of architecture in 11 century and it still exists in catholic Spain in 21 century. After that took a bus to Cordoba. On my way to there, I had a bus trouble. I and the other passengers were forced to get out of the bus and eventually needed wait for the next bus for 1 hour. I could not figure out what happening there tho, something was wrong with the back tire and the bus was not able to move anymore. We tried to move the bus, cooperating with many people around the bus at that time but it didn’t move at all. The bus driver tried to find out the solution but it seemed impossible if there was no special cars to pull the car. Anyway we had to change the alternative bus and in result delayed 1.5 hour to get Cordoba. When you travel, the unexpected is sure to happen. It is inevitable. My friends lost their wallets, phones, and credit cards… I need to care these troubles as much as possible. And had dinner at tapas bar as usual. The dinner was 10 euro each. I need to analyze more about tapas.
